EcataRomance - Reviewed by Racine Willow is out with her sister and friends playing a game called kiss and tell. The rules of game are the players must be single, ask permission to join the guy then sit on his lap and never tell the guy about the game. Willow goes to Seth’s table to play the game but when she kisses him she forgets about everything but Seth. They decide to go back to his place where one night turns into one week of mind blowing sex. Willow is happy until she finds out Seth is a vampire. Then she runs home without looking back. Seth is pleasantly surprised when Willow approaches him and starts asking him questions. After bringing her to orgasm in the club, he decides to take her home where he feasts on her body. After staying with Seth for a week he realizes Willow may be the one for him. He decides to tell her he is a vampire but not before one more taste. Kiss and Tell is a story of two people who fall in love quickly without realizing it. Willow had run from Seth when she found he was a vampire but was willing to help him when she found out she was the key to his survival. Seth tried to get rid of her and kill himself rather then have Willow bound to him because of his need for her blood. Kiss and Tell is very well written and the sex scenes were so hot I had to wear an asbestos suit while reading it. Thank you, Ms Lynn, for an exceptionally entertaining read.

It's
been a really bad day for Willow, she was fired from her job. Things just
spiralled downhill from there, so it's time for a night out at a club with
her sister Roxy and her friend Mary. Roxy and Mary have a game they like to
play when they go out together. It's called 'Kiss and Tell' and Willow has
successfully avoided playing it, until now.
4 Blue Ribbons From Blue Ribbon Reviews - Reviewed by Angel Willow figures if she’s having a really bad day then why not go ahead and take a chance. Willow’s sister dares her to go up to a stunningly attractive man and ask him if he wears boxers or briefs. Well she has finally found her man and she is determined to get her answer. Seth however, is not your average sexy guy and has a dangerous secret. What will she thing when she finds out his secret? Seth can’t believe it when Willow comes over to his table and proceeds to sit on his lap and ask him the unbelievable questions. After she kisses him the sparks fly and he knows this is the woman for him. He has a secret of his own and being a vampire is not something you can keep hidden for long. Seth knows after testing her that he is addicted and has to keep Willow in his life.
KISS AND TELL had me laughing and intrigued at the same time. Willow is the shy character that gives in to peer pressure and does something completely out of character. Seth is the ladies man used to getting attention, but he is never arrogant about his easy ability to get women. Before you know it, the couple is in an amorous clench and you can’t put it down. Willow is experiencing rapture unlike any other and she takes the readers along for the ride. Reviewed by Angel
Romance Reviews Today - Reviewed by Lori Ann An Unspecified City in the United States - Present Day Willow just got fired from her job, unfairly as it happens. Her ex-boss (the scum) threatened to tell everyone that they were sleeping togheter if she wouldn't fall into bed with him. She didn't, and he went through with his threat. The company believed him and fired willow. So, what's a girl to do? Blow off some steam with her sister, Roxy, and a friend, Mary, at one of their favorite watering holes, that's what. Agreeing to play the game that Roxy and Mary made up is a little out of Willow's comfort zone, but what the heck, might as well live a little. The game? Pick a guy (make sure he's unattached), ask to join him (if he says yes, sit on his lap), then ask if he's wearing boxers or briefs (of course he could be going commando). If you have guessed his choice correctly, he gets a kiss and your phone number (and you have to tell your friends all), if you're wrong, you have to walk away. The number one rule? You can't tell your target that it's all a game. When Willow spots a tall brunette biker type with a commanding walk, she knows she's found her target. Let the game begin. Seth and his friend Jason have just settled down to listen to a band playing at the Grunge when a sexy lady approaches and asks to join them. Never turn down a lady when she asks for your company; if it’s not a rule, it should be. After an intimate conversation in the bar, Seth asks Willow to accompany him to his home where they can, umm, get to know each other better. Relieved beyond measure when Willow agrees, and Seth takes her home where they proceed to discover exactly how well attuned they are to each other. When Seth finds himself wondering if they would have such a sizzling connection years from now, he realizes that he may have found the woman he’s destined to spend his life with. This could be the beginning of something beautiful, but first he has to tell Willow that he’s a vampire. KISS AND TELL starts out with a bang and the action never stops. No one who reads this book will have any doubt that the connection between Seth and Willow is deep and blazingly hot. Willow is a normal sort of gal; she does her job to the best of her ability (well, she did), she’s taken advantage of sometimes, and she loves her sister. She’s not that comfortable with the idea of playing Roxy and Mary’s game, but when she sees Seth, she’s willing to play, just this one time. Seth is an old vampire, somewhat bored with life. Now don’t get me wrong, he’s no brooding vamp full of angst, he’s just been around a very long time -- you’d probably get a little bored too. Business investments, the companionship of an occasional beautiful woman, and his friendship with Jason are just some of the things that help to make his life worthwhile. After Seth spends time with Willow, he begins to understand that there’s a lot he’s missing out on, like love. A passionate story with enjoyable characters, KISS AND TELL is a great beginning to the BloodMates series. The secondary characters, while not prominent in the story, are nevertheless interesting. Jason is descended from a long line of people who have always been Seth’s allies, helping to keep his identity a secret and keeping him company at the same time. Though Roxy encourages Willow to let loose and have a little fun, she’s a bit unnerved by the results of the game. When your sister disappears with a strange man, your protective instincts definitely come to the fore. Mary seems fun, but you don’t learn much else about her. I’d like to learn more about these characters in the future, Jason in particular; maybe they’ll appear in future BloodMates books. Then there are Seth’s relatives, hmm, more sexy vamps that are destined to find their mates? The possibilities are endless. ;-) With a talented turn of phrase, characters that you’ll come to care about, and a pen that writes scorching love scenes, Sandy Lynn has proven herself to be an author to watch out for. Don’t miss KISS AND TELL, the first in the BloodMates series from Samhain Publishing. Lori Ann
"a wonderful blend of romance and paranormal" - ParaNormal Romance - Reviewed by Catherine SmithHaving just gotten fired, Willow went out with her sister and their friend to blow off some steam. Roxy, Willow 's sister talks her into playing "the game", which Willow agrees to play only once. Willow was carefully scoping out the bar to pick out who she was willing to play the game with, because of the possibility of whoever she chose she might have to kiss. Just when she was thinking that she would have to take her turn another night, in walks two men and one in particular catches her attention. Seth and Jason had just sat down when Willow nervously walks over to their table and asks Seth if she may ask him a few questions. After asking three questions and Seth answers all three, Willow takes the next step and asks if she may join him. Since this is the only time that Willow will play this game, she takes Roxy's suggestion to heart and has a little fun. Much to Seth's surprise once he agrees she ends up straddling his lap instead of taking a chair. The mutual attraction between the two is hard to deny, as sparks fly from the beginning; neither one is prepared for their reaction to each other. Seth becomes consumed with passion for Willow and breaks down and steals "a few" sips of her blood unbeknownst to her. When Willow finds out that Seth is a vampire she runs from him. She is unaware of the link that has been formed between her and Seth and how she now holds his life in her hands. This is a great read that is a wonderful blend of romance and paranormal delivered in a passionate way. From the title I gather there is more to come in this series and I look forward to reading the next installment from Ms Lynn. Reviewed by

3.5 hearts from The Romance Studio - Reviewed by Julia Willow’s had a horrible day. Her boss had been sexually harassing her, and today she’s been fired because she wouldn’t give into the pressure. Now she’s without a job, and no prospects in line to get one. Her sister and her friend persuade her to go out on the town, and now she’s regretting the impulse that led her to this point. They’ve dared her to play their game, and she’s just about to tell them that she wants to go home instead of play their stupid game. Then a man walks in and she’s suddenly more than willing to play the game and ask the questions… boxer’s, briefs, or nothing at all? Seth couldn’t be more surprised when Willow comes over and starts asking him some outrageous questions. But in no time, the more he talks to her, the more irresistible he finds her, and then they quickly find themselves in bed. After a night in her arms, he’s finding out that he wants her for a lot longer than a one night stand. But will she be willing to stay with him when she finds out his secret? I enjoyed the story; the interaction between the characters was wonderful, particularly in the beginning. I thought that Willow seemed to change personality a near the end of the book, it was a little disconcerting because she didn’t seem to be that aggressive in the beginning. The same thing happened with Seth, he didn’t seem to be that passive in the beginning, and then near the end he suddenly was letting everything happen to him instead of charging after what he wanted. Over all, I thought that the book was exciting, passionate, and had a twist on vampires that I thought was fantastic. If you like it when love is found unexpectedly, Kiss and Tell is a story you shouldn’t miss.

Imagine his surprise when he finds out she holds his life in the palm of her hands. What’s a vampire to do when the woman he needs for his survival runs screaming from him? Kiss and Tell was thoroughly enjoyable. I found that it managed to move quickly without being overly simplistic with regard to the actions and feelings of the characters. The characters were well developed and the sex scenes were hot. Kiss and Tell is book one of a series and I can’t wait to sink my teeth into the rest, as I am already addicted. I Joyfully Recommend this book as one you will enjoy again and again.
