What does a librarian who dreams of being sexy do when her boyfriend dumps her and tells her she’s boring in bed?  Well, if you're Jade Williams you participate in amateur night at Eye Candy, the local strip club and dance your heart out.  It takes pluck and courage to get ready to dance in front of a room filled with strange men but Lola, the local stripper, gives her a few tips.  Jade is up on stage having more than a little fun and she's showing her ex that she is sexier than he would ever have known. For Jade, performing as 'Kitten' releases her inhibitions and allows her the freedom to indulge in a
fantasy that makes her sexy and intriguing to men, instead of the staid, repressed librarian the world sees her as.  To her surprise Jade wants to keep playing 'Kitten'.

When Keith, the owner of Eye Candy, sets his hazel eyes on ‘Kitten’, he begins to do things out of character for him.  Keith gets in close to the stage and can’t take his eyes of her.  'Kitten' steals his heart and soul that night, after her performance Keith takes her to a back room for a special one on one lap dance.  Jade runs out before Keith has a chance to explain that Eye Candy isn’t like that, it's a strip club, not a sex club, plus Keith wants more than a one night stand.

I just adored Eye Candy and her main character Jade.  It shows what people see can be very different from what lies just below the surface.  Jade was steamy and sexy and all woman in her exploration of herself.  She wasn't just proving her ex-boyfriend wrong; she had something to prove to herself and showed that she had what it took to be anything her heart desired.  

Keith’s interest in Jade as 'Kitten' shows she is anything but boring, boosts her self esteem and brings true love into her life.  It’s incredible how much taking a risk can change your life.  Keith was devastatingly male and his intense interest in Jade was something he recognized from the start.

If you're looking for a book that will take you on a ride, while you discover what a woman can be and do for herself, then this is the book for you.  It was a terrific story to read.

Librarian Jade Williams is at a strip club to prove a point.  Being told by her ex boyfriend that she was not sexy and boring as well, Jade wants to prove him wrong.  Nerves hit, but with the advice of a stripper in her head, Jade heads out onto the stage and does her thing.  She imagines her high school crush and pretends she is dancing for him.  Finishing her number with a roaring crowd cheering, Jade come face to face with Keith; the secret object of her high school affection.

Amateur night at the strip club he owns never fails to amaze him.  Some women look so scared that he doesn’t know why they are even on stage.  When a new woman, Kitten, is announced Keith doesn’t pay that much attention until the music starts.  At that point, there is no way Keith can tear his eyes from the dancer on the stage.  Throwing his own rules out of the window, Keith decides then and there that she is his.

Eye Candy was a downright sexy read.  With an imaginative plot and erotic naughtiness, I enjoyed it very much.  I thought the premise of the story realistic, especially since there are amateur nights at local clubs.  I found Keith sexy and charming.  His attraction to Kitten/Jade was endearing.  Jade made me smile. She set out to prove a point to herself and did that and much more. 

Eye Candy is a great read.  Sandy Lynn combined a realistic plot, sexual naughtiness and emotional characters to come up with a winner in my book.  I may have to read this one more than once!

Jade's ex had told her she was boring, that she looked like the librarian she was and wouldn’t know how to please a man in bed if she memorized the Kama Sutra.  Jade was not going to accept this.  She decided to enter the Wednesday night contest at the Eye Candy Club, a local strip club to reassure herself she was sexy and exciting.  Keith Rivers, the club owner, and all of the other men at the club found Jade a very exciting exotic dancer.  Would Keith remember Jade from high school, where she was so dull?  Jade remembered how much she wanted Keith in high school and she found her crush for him coming back.

Ms. Sandy Lynn shows the internal conflict between Jade's dull daytime life and her on-stage life as Kitten as something she needed to face.  I found Jade was a character I quickly wanted to know more about.  Ms. Lynn's storyline brings about a wonderful story of romance with just the right touch of erotic sex.  Keith was the type of man most women dream about in their fantasies.  Both Jade and Keith came alive for me as they dealt with their emotions.  Ms. Lynn presented a perfect story pace that kept me reading from start to finish.  I couldn't put this short book down.  This story grabbed me and left me with a wonderful satisfaction.  It was arousing and yummy.  I recommend this book to anyone looking for an exciting ride filled with erotic sex scenes and fulfilled romantic desires.

As improbable as Eye Candy’s plot may be it sure makes for entertaining reading and some really hot moments between its two lead characters Jade and Keith. Their encounters are smoking hot most of the time, with an opening encounter to take your breath away. These two are instantly drawn to each other though they’ve been in love with the other for years. And this also gives hope that Jade and Keith might be given a second chance at love. For someone who’s ever wanted to do something outrageous in order to realize their confidence and prove they’re sexy, then Jade does it in spades. Meeting Keith was the icing on the cake. Who can resist a man who can’t control himself around you and thinks you’re a goddess? What makes this story even more enjoyable is that Jade seems to bloom in her new role and lets go of her repression to find her inner sexiness. As a purely escapist story that is enjoyable Eye Candy proves to be a winner.

Jade is determined to prove her ex wrong – she can be sexy and exciting. Dancing in a local strip club will accomplish this. Jade never expects to see the star of her most erotic fantasies sitting in the club. Keith was her high school crush and Jade always regretted never speaking to him. Not expecting the turbulent passion that explodes between them, Jade is unable to resist the temptation of Keith. He was, and still is, a man that would never want a shy librarian – the true Jade.

After a hard day, Keith just wants to relax and have a beer at a local club. He and the rest of club are blown away by “Kitten”. As an amateur, Kitten is amazing and Keith wants to know her better. The two are unable to resist the lust between them and Keith breaks a long time rule about becoming involved with strippers. Keith wants Kitten and just hopes that he will get the chance to know her better.

Sandy Lynn’s Eye Candy is a terrific tale of a woman expanding her horizons to find love. Jade and Keith are wonderful characters that will impress the reader. Each is trying to overcome the image people have of them to truly be themselves. I enjoyed that while Jade and Keith were unable to control the passion between them, they knew that more was required to have a lasting relationship.

Jade is having a personal identity crisis. Having been told that she is unadventurous, especially in the bedroom, she decided to try the amateur night at the strip club. After showing a side of herself that she wasn’t sure she had she decided to give a lap dance to her high school crush. Thankfully Keith doesn’t recognize her because she gives him the lap dance of his life!

 Keith has always fantasized about Jade but after so many year he doesn’t realize that “Kitten” is his crush come to life….however, once he find out he is not about to let her hide from him again!

 What a great story of unknown identity. Having Jade realize who Keith is but not the other way around made for a fun read. The characters are wonderful together and very well written. Eye Candy was a fun and steamy read!

When Jade signs up for an amateur strip competition, she refuses to allow herself to back out.  Once and for all, she’s determined to prove that she’s sexy and can be viewed as a sex kitten, contrary to what her last boyfriend told her.  When she gets out on stage and sees the man that was the star of all of her teenage fantasies..

Keith’s had one helluva day.  When he looks up on stage and sees Kitten dancing on the stage, he feels like she’s dancing just for him and his body reacts immediately.  When he’s offered a lap dance, he knows that he’s not supposed to touch but he simply can’t control himself when she begins to grind on him.  She doesn’t seem to mind either.

I’ve been a fan of Sandy Lynn’s work since I first discovered the Club Strigoi series. This short, fast-paced, sexy story definitely put a smile on my face and had my pulse racing.  From Jade’s newfound confidence to Keith’s lack of control, the scenes kept me riveted.  Eye Candy is definitely another must-read from this talented author!

After her ex-boyfriend accuses her of being unresponsive in bed, Jade Williams finds herself at Eye Candy, a bar/strip club on “open” Wednesday night when any lady can show her stuff, so to speak.  Jade is determined to prove him wrong, and with the help of a real stripper she manages to go on stage pretending she is dancing only for her fantasy lover, the boy from high school she once adored from afar.

Eye Candy is the strip club owned and operated by Keith Rivers, and the Texan is working hard to make the place a complete success.  Keith makes sure that all the rules are followed, the strippers are treated decently and the patrons behave. Absolutely nothing seedy, salacious or scandalous happens at his place.

Long ago in high school, Keith had a silent crush on a shy, bookish girl he never got over or forgot.  Now it seems that life is giving Jade and Keith another chance at love.  The choice that both must make is whether or not to bare their souls, admit how they once felt about each other and be strong enough to give themselves another chance.  After all, isn’t true love worth the risk?

EYE CANDY is a spicy story of two people given one more opportunity at the big one – love.  Jade is at times naïve, stubborn and courageous while Keith is a smooth, decent and charming Texan.  Unfortunately, too many coincidences bring the couple together and reality is stretched thin in this plot.  But Sandy Lynn does make the story fun with smooth dialogue and sensual scenes between the characters. So go ahead and suspend belief to fill up on EYE CANDY.

Imagine her surprise to find out that Keith is actually in the audience!  Not only did he enjoy her show, but Keith would like a chance to get to know this sexy, alluring woman a lot better.

EYE CANDY is a charming, sexy story with interesting and likeable characters.  Jade is a shy woman who learns that she’s not quite as boring as she thinks she is.  Keith is entranced by “Kitten” and determined not to let her get away like he did his high school crush.  The chemistry between them sizzles, and the sex is hot.  If you’re looking for a quick, erotic read, look no further than EYE CANDY.
